My wedding photography venue bucket list | Emily Munday Photography 2020

It’s a new year and I am SO excited to throw myself back into weddings. This year I am releasing my wedding photography venue bucket list.

Why do I have a bucket list? I am always keen to improve and want to expand my wedding photography portfolio in 2020. I have a few venues which I LOVE working with – as with any job its great working somewhere you know well. Most importantly there are a few venues I have not worked at before. Getting the chance to photograph at a new wedding venue is really exciting.

Are YOU getting married this year?

Is your venue on my wedding photography venue bucket list?

As a BIG thank you for helping me tick off another venue from my bucket list I am offering 25% off all full day weddings in 2020.

My wedding photography venue bucket list for 2020 is:

The Orangery (Mount Edgecumbe Country Park, Cornwall, PL10 1HZ)

Built in 1775, The Orangery is one of Cornwall’s most exclusive wedding venues. Surrounded by over 850 acres of land it is the perfect romantic spot for a beautiful wedding. It can cater up to 200 wedding guests and is the perfect backdrop for some stunning bridal portraits! The beautiful floor to ceiling windows offer stunning natural light and amazing views of the garden and water fountain.

Polhawn Fort (Military Road Rame, Torpoint, Cornwall, PL10 1LL)

This Napoleonic fort stands in the southeast corner of Cornwall. It looks out across miles of sea and has it’s own perfectly formed secluded beach. I love how this venue has so much variation for stunning bride and groom portraits! A beautiful historic drawbridge and granite spiral staircase lead into the Grand Hall with windows overlooking the ocean. What could be more special? Such a stunning venue and definitely one to check out if you are on the hunt for a really special place!

Pentillie Castle (St Mellion, Saltash, Cornwall, PL12 6QD)

I dreamed of getting married in a castle! Maybe you have too? Well with this venue you can! This beautiful Cornish Castle overlooks the River Tamar. This castle has over 1,500 acres of beautiful land across the estate and has the flexibility of catering for a large marquee within the grounds. This venue really is every girls dream!

St Elizabeths House Hotel (Longbrook Street, Plympton, St Maurice, Plymouth, Devon, PL7 1NJ)

This hotel is set just outside Plymouth, in the quaint town of Plympton. It has a variety of different spaces within the hotel to suit a large wedding or a more intimate party. The beautiful large landscaped gardens with large lawns is perfect for group portraits. It also has plenty of space to cater for overnight guests in their gorgeous bedrooms.

The Cow Shed (Freathy Farmhouse, Millbrook, Cornwall, PL10 1JL)

Looking for a more rustic feel for your special day? The Cow Shed is just a few minutes from the coast. The Cow Shed is set within the beautiful hills of Cornwall. The gorgeous barn has been restored to a high standard making it a really unique venue.

I hope you enjoyed reading all about my 2020 wedding photography venue bucket list! I would LOVE to hear from you if you are planning your big day. Please check out my wedding blog to see some of my most recent work.
